The nebulous effect you employed around the moon and the fire both look very smoky and gaseous. The way you made the area around the moon and around the fire glow in their respective colors is very impressive.

I see you have rendered Kakashi in his sleek, ANBU outfit. Very nostalgic. The gaseous texture from the smoke and clouds makes him look especially gritty and dirty as though we have caught him just after a vicious battle. The way he pulls his forehead protector toward him is especially introspective. Whatever just happened has obviously affected his thinking in some deep-rooted way.

The cornea of his Sharingan eye is almost black in color. It makes his visage particularly demonic--though the darkness could easily have been unintentional, it fits the motif established by the rest of the piece. His hair is more spiky and violent in this piece, looking like broken glass in the moonlight. Lighting and shading are difficult enough in a multifarious environment such as smoke, but you have achieved it masterfully and meticulously.

Perhaps all the "naru-tards" that find this piece popping up in their search window will finally give you the exposure and recognition you deserve--well, at least the recognition. Well done

Maybe he's just picking up his forehead protector? but... do the ANBU have those? I only remember them having masks.. actually, when I drew this I was thinkin he's picking somebody else's up...
oh yea and I got some complaining about that eye I didn't mean to make it so dark, I think it was messed up when I merged all the layers actually, I'll fix it soon!

Never really thought about it. So many ninja "wear" their forehead protectors in weird places: I think Lee still wears his on his waist, and Shikamaru on his arm, for example. But you always assume they have it somewhere, even if it is not prominently displayed on their head. Nevertheless, an evocative piece.
